Since nobody is born a team leader, Europa-Direkt also offers apprenticeships, e.g.:

• Tri-national training for mentors and tutors in intercultural encounters.
• Training as tutors and youth leaders within the German-French townships: contents and methods for youth exchanges
• Further training towards language based and intercultural programme preparation for participants in our summer projects.
